TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. A minimum of 50% deposit is to be paid at time of booking. This is non refundable in the event of cancellation
2. Two weeks notice minimum is required when booking a party.
3. Parents/guardians must retain responsibility for unconfirmed bookings
4. Confirmation for point 5 should be accepted before inviting guest
5. @Futsal cannot accept responsibility for unconfirmed bookings
6. Confirmation for point 7 should be accepted before inviting guests
7. All party dates are subject to availability
8. Parties require a minimum payment for 10 people
9. Any special dietary requirements or needs must be made clear 48 hours prior to the party
10. The above must be made in writing or email to a member of the @Futsal team
11. Changes in requirements must be made 48 hours prior to the commencement of the party
