Former Town trialist Bradley Clark may not have made the grade at the county ground, but the striker is celebrating receiving his first England Futsal cap
The 21-year-old spent pre-season training with Swindon in the hope of winning a permanent deal, but despite missing out on a contract, his talent didn't go unnoticed by the national Futsal side.
Clark, who is a carpenter, made his Englund debut against Isreal last month and having impressed is set for another call-up against Libya in December.
"My first England match was really good, it went really well," revealed Stratton-based Clark
"Getting my first cap was a brilliant feeling. Israel won 3-1 which was a shame, but I really enjoyed it."
"Just the other day I got a call from the manager to tell me I should be travelling to Libya at the start of December to play against their team." "I can't wait."
